In Home Cooking Demonstrations –

Includes Recipe and shopping Preparation before the session, Handouts, Drive time. Client is responsible for providing ingredients for recipes agreed upon. 

Maintenance Sessions –
25-30 Minutes

Review of goals, and action plan for ongoing health individualized to patients needs and assessment. This next step will be determined by the client and professional.

Base price includes initial meeting to discuss project, price for 1 hour speaking or virtual presentation, 1-1.5 hour preparation of presentation, handouts created and printed, travel time to event.
